Gentle, embodied therapy for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions.

I'm Sarah - I work with women who are in the midst of becoming a new version of themself.

Life transitions, such as pregnancy and early motherhood, can be potent and beautiful. They can also be disorienting, lonely, and identity-shifting in ways no one fully prepares you for. I’m especially drawn to supporting women in these transformative seasons — not because I have it all figured out, but because, as a woman and mother myself, I know how deeply we need spaces where we don't have to hold it all together.

In our work, we slow down. We breathe. We gently tune into your inner world with care and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the pressure to have it all figured out and find ways to bring more calm and clarity into the rhythm of your days. Over time, you’ll cultivate a steadier sense of agency, making choices that feel more aligned with who you are becoming.

My approach blends warmth, humor, and real connection. I integrate somatic (body-based) therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. But more than any modality, I trust your capacity for insight and growth. You are not broken. You are becoming.
